We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:

Using the Vehicle Fitment Guide: If you are unsure of vehicle fitment, please call (07) 3285 8456 before placing an order. Any returns for wheels that are incorrectly ordered will incur freight charges and restocking fees.

If you are placing this order via the Vehicle Fitment Guide, please note that the guide is general in nature and doesn't consider vehicle variations, modifications, or local state or territory roadworthy requirements.

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of dispatch to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. You'll also need to provide the invoice or proof of purchase.

Clearance Items: Please note that clearance items are not eligible for returns, regular finish and structural warranties apply.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at orders@methodracewheels.com.au.

Return Process: If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Please ensure to request a return before sending the item back; returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Approved returns must be sent to 48 Paisley Dr, Lawnton, QLD 4501.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items: Wheels or tyres that have been fitted cannot be returned. A 10% restocking fee applies to returned wheels ordered from our website. Please reach out if you have any uncertainties regarding returns. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee applies to issues with orders that are not Method Race Wheels Australia's fault.

Exchanges: For a quicker exchange process, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your bank or credit card account. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the return approval, please contact us at orders@methodracewheels.com.au.
